Ingredients

biscuits
2 c
all purpose flour
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
6 Tbsp
cold butter
1 c
buttermilk

GRAVY

1/4 lb
ground sausage
2 oz
cream cheese
2 Tbsp
flour
1/2 c
heavy cream
2 c
whole milk

Step-By-Step

1Biscuits:
mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

2Cut cold butter into flour mixture until its looks like crumbs. Then add your buttermilk but do not over mix.

3Dump out mixture onto a floured surface and fold a few times. Press down the dough to about 1 inch thick and cut out.

4Bake at 450 for about 13 minutes until golden.

5SAUSAGE GRAVY:
Cook sausage and then add cream cheese, cook until hot. Add your flour and cook for about a minute.

6Add the heavy cream to the sausage mixture and cook for about a minute. Then add your milk and cook until it thickens for about 5 minutes.
