- peach, peeled, pitted, cut into 8ths (or 2 canned peach halves, drained)

- 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar

- almond extract
1Combine all ingredients in blender.
2Blend at high speed about 1 minute, or until smooth and foamy.
3Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
