- pitted fresh cherries, coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp
- sour cream
- 2 tsp
- 1/8 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 1 tsp
1Beat together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
2In a small nonstick pan, heat the cherries quickly until warm.
3In another nonstick pan heat the butter until it foams, then add the eggs and make an omelet.
4When the eggs are set, add the sour cream and then the warm cherries.
5Fold and serve.
