Sausage & Egg Breakfast Casserole

This is a recipe that was passed to me by my Mom. It is super easy & delicious for breakfast, brunch or dinner.

Ingredients

6 slice
buttered bread
1 lb
browned sausage
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 pt
half and half
8
eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Place 6 slices of buttered bread butter side up in bottom of 9x13 pan. Add sausage & cheese. Mix half & half & eggs together in separate bowl. Add salt & pepper. Place egg mixture over cheese & refrigerate overnight.
2Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Bake 30-45 minutes
