I have been making this recipe since I was 15 years old. I made it for my parents back then and they loved it now a decade later I make it for my kids and husband and they love it. This recipe has been a staple of breakfeast in my life. I hope you enjoy.
1Brown sausage in a skillet until no longer pink. drain; set aside.
2Beat all 6 eggs and add a little milk if you wish. Then pour the beaten eggs into a 9X13 baking dish. Add the sausage to the eggs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3pour the cheese over it. If you like a lot of cheese use whole bag if you don't you can use half the bag. Top with some zesty crutons. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. until cheese is melted and eggs are done.
