DirectionsBrown sausage in skillet until done. Drain off fat.In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add mustard,salt,pepper and bread cubes. Mix well.
Fold in cooked sausage and cheese.Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Let stand covered, in refrigerator overnight.Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
