Sausage and Cream Cheese Filled Crescents - Dee Dee's

This is not my recipe but a friend and former co-workers recipe. We always requested that she make these yummy filled crescents for any food function we had. And then there were times we would ask for them for no reason other than we just simply loved em!

- 12-ounce roll regular breakfast sausage, browned & drained
- 8-ounce pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
- cans (8-ounces each) pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
