Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

This is one of my boys favorite breakfasts. It is one of my favorites because it is so easy to make!!

pinch tips: Perfect Pasta Everytime


1 can(s)
pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb
breakfast sausage (i use jimmy dean)
eggs, beaten
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp

Directions Step-By-Step

Crumble and brown sausage in skillet then drain on paper towels.
Unroll crescent rolls and place in bottom and up sides of 9x13 casserole dish pinching to seal all perforations.
Sprinkle cooked sausage over rolls. Beat eggs and milk and pour over sausage. Top with 2 cups of cheese.
Bake according to crescent roll directions until cheese is melted and eggs are set in center.
Cut into squares and serve immediately.
I serve with gravy made from the drippings from the sausage.

I do much the same thing only mine has shredded hash browns too.

This really sounds quick and easy! I cant wait to try it. Only 2 of us living at home grown and gone, but I still look for things to feed a family or easy to reheat and serve next day! And good old drippings to make milk gravy..great idea!

I'M looking for new dishes for my xmas brunch.. I may try to make this the day before so all i have to do is reheat it for brunch.

I like this as it is simple and you don't have to keep in the refridegerator over night! Going to try it.

This sounds really good, adding hash browns sounds great! I agree about not having to keep in fridge overnight. I'm going to try it out for our Sunday brunch today...
