Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

eggs

slices bread
2 c
milk
1/2 c
canned tomatoes and green chilis in juice
2 1/2 c
monterey jack cheese
1 tsp
each salt and pepper
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 lb
precooked breakfast sausage

Directions Step-By-Step

Spread bread with mustard, cut into bite size squares.
Lay in buttered crockpot.
Layer sausage. Then cheese.

Mix eggs, milk, tomato and chilis, S&p Pour over bread, cheese & sausage. Set crockpot on low for 9-10hrs.
