Ingredients

1/2 c
butter
1 c
packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp
corn syrup
1
loaf italian or french bread, cut into 12 slices
5 large
eggs
1 1/2 c
half and half cream
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
vanilla
1 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Cook until smooth.
2Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the butter mixture onto bottom of dish. Place the bread slices into dish.
3In medium size bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate over night.
4Bake, uncovered, in 350* oven for 40 minutes.
