Overnight Blueberry French Toast Casserole
loaves french bread, cut into cubes
1Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.
2Spread half of the bread cubes in bottom of dish.
3Mix together cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and powdered sugar until well combined. Pour over bread.
4Sprinkle with blueberries.
5Add remaining bread cubes.
6Combine 1 cup milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and syrup. Pour over bread cubes.
7Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
8Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
9Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake covered 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
10During last 10 minutes of baking prepare the Blueberry Syrup. In saucepan combine water, corn starch and sugar. Heat to a simmer. Add blueberries and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
11Serve casserole with warm syrup.
