Ingredients

2 lb
frozen hashbrowns
1/2 c
melted butter
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 pt
sour cream
1/2 c
chopped onion
2 c
grated chedder
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 c
crushed cornflakes
1/4 c
melted butter

Step-By-Step

1DEFROST hashbrowns

2COMBINE next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns

3PUT all in a 3qt. casserole dish

4Saute cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top

5COVER and BAKE at 350 for about 40 minutes
