Ingredients

4 c
water
1 c
grits
4
eggs
1 c
milk
1 stick
butter
1 lb
bulk pork sausage
1 tsp
salt
1 c
cheddar cheese, grated
1 box
jiffy corn muffin mix

Step-By-Step

1Combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil. Add grits. Reduce heat and cook grits for 15 - 20 minutes. Let cool.
2Saute sausage and drain. Beat the eggs with the milk. Combine all ingredients together with the corn muffin mix. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch casserole. Cover with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
