Garlic Grits Casserole

Ingredients

1 c
grits
4 1/2 c
water
10 oz
boursin garlic cheese
1/2 stick
salted butter
2 medium
eggs
1/2 c
milk
1 Tbsp
salt
1 c
crushed corn flakes

Step-By-Step

1Cook the grits in salted water until thickened.
2Add the garlic cheese and butter to the hot grits. Stir until all is melted and stirred well together.
3Beat the eggs in a bowl and add milk to the eggs, stirring together. Pour this into the grits mixture and stir well. Next. pour into a prepared baking dish 9x12x2.
4Add the crushed corn flakes to the melted butter, sprinkle the mixture on top of the casserole.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
