My mom makes this when we all get together for breakfast around the holidays. It's something I always look forward to!

Ingredients

1
loaf of english muffin bread
8 slice
cooked ham
1/2 lb
swiss cheese
1/2 lb
cheddar cheese
8
eggs
3 c
milk
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
paprika

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c
crushed corn flakes
1/4 c
(4 tbsp) melted butter

Step-By-Step

1Grease a 9x13 pan.
2Cut crust off of bread and cover the bottom of the pan with bread. Butter the top side of bread.
3Layer with the two cheeses and ham.
4Add another layer of bread; butter top side of bread.
5Whisk together remaining ingredients, except topping. Pour over bread layers in pan and refrigerate overnight.
6When ready to bake, mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let set a few minutes before cutting.
