Easy, light cinnamon roll casserole

I make this often, since it's requested by my daughter and grandchildren so much, I could probably make this with my eyes closed, lol Very scrumptious!
Great for breakfast or a snack!

Ingredients

2 can(s)
reduced-fat, refrigerated pillsbury cinnamon rolls
4
eggs, or use egg beaters, equivalent to 4 eggs
1/2 c
light cream
2 tsp
cinnamon
2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
chopped pecans
1/4 c
grade a maple syrup

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Separate cans of rolls into 16 rolls. Set aside icing. Cut each roll into 8 pieces.Place pieces in baking pan.

In bowl, beat eggs, or egg beaters, light cream, cinnamon and vanilla untill combined. Pour over rolls. Sprinkle rolls w/ pecans and drizzle w/ syrup.

Bake 20-25 mins, or untill golden brown. Remove covers from icing. Microwave icing about 10-15 seconds. Drizzle icing over rolls right before serving. Serve warm.
