Easy Ham and Cheese Quiche

This recipe was given to by my late sister-in-law it is very easy and it works well when you are having friends over for the holidays or brunch,My family loves this one

Ingredients

deep dish pie shell
1 can(s)
ham or chopped deli ham
8 oz
package shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp
chopped red onion
4 large
eggs
1 c
whole milk or cream
2 tsp
black pepper
2 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
self rising flour

Step-By-Step

1In the deep dish pie shell add the ham and cheese and chopped onion.
2in a mixing bowl add eggs and milk and salt and pepper and with a wisk until mixed well.
3Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and ham mixture and take a fork and make sure everything is mixed together .
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes, if the crust starts to brown quickly cover with foil to prevent burning,.
