DragonLance Breakfast Casserole

- loaf french bread, torn into bits
- package bacon, cooked and crumbled
- eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp
- prepared yellow mustard
- 2 c
- shredded sharp cheddar
- green onions, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter for pan
1Preheat oven to 350* and butter a 11 x 15 glass casserole.
2Evenly spread the bits of bread in pan, sprinkle with bacon.
3Whisk together eggs, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over bread and bacon.
4Cover with cheese and place in oven for 45 minutes to an hour. Once done, sprinkle with chopped onions
