Ingredients

1 lb
bob evans sasuage (any flavor)
1 medium
onion
1 1/2 c
shredded potatoes
1 1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 box
frozen french toast (cinnamon)
4 large
eggs
salt and pepper to tast (pinch)
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 Tbsp
butter
1/2 c
heavy cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven at 350 F.
Cut the french toast sticks in 1 inch pieces. Layer the bottom of a 9x13 pan with french toast.

In a small skillet brown your onions with butter,then set aside, cook sausage as directed on pkg.Add with onions.Spread evenly over french toast.

In a large bowl mix potatoes,(1 c of) cheese,eggs, salt pepper,vanilla,& cream. Pour over sausage and frech toast.Place the pan in oven and bake for 30 min.remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese and baking until cheese melts (about 5 min).Top with maple syrup and serve.
