This is so easy but really impressive to serve for a brunch with friends and family. It's really yummy!

Ingredients

10 large
eggs
2 c
milk
1/4 c
onion, chopped
1/4 c
mushrooms, chopped
1/4 c
green bell papper, chopped
1/2 lb
bulk sausage, browned and drained
6 slice
bacon, cooked, drained, chopped fine
8 oz
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slice
bread, with crusts

Directions Step-By-Step

Stir milk into eggs, lightly beating the eggs. In frying pan, saute the next 3 ingredients until onion turns translucent. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except egg mixture together. Place bread slices in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pour egg mixture over top and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set
