Blueberry-Orange French Toast Casserole

- whole wheat bread,cut into 1" pieces

- fresh blueberries (not frozen)
- 1/2 c

- egg whites
- 1 Tbsp
- grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp
1Preheat oven to 350.
Coat 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine bread and blueberries in prepared baking dish.
2Whisk milk and sugar in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved.
Whisk in eggs , egg whites, orange peel,and vanilla.
Pour over bread mixture;toss to coat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
3Bake 40-45 minutes or until top of bread is browned and center is almost set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
