Cook the sausage and drain it. In a 9x13 glass pan break the slices of bread into pieces. Put the drained sausage over the bread. Beat the eggs well then add the milk and mix some more. Then fold in the cheese. Pour this mixture over the bread and sausage. Put aluminum foil or plastic wrap over the mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
