whole wheat bread

eggs
2 Tbsp
canned green chilies
1/8 tsp
pepper

slices canadian bacon

roma tomatoes
2 oz
monterey jack chees
1 Tbsp
chopped cilantro

Step-By-Step

1Spray a baking dish with Pam.
Layer the bread in the bottom.
Whisk eggs, chilies and spices together.
Pour over the bread.
Sprinkle with chopped canadian bacon and.
Top with tomato and cheese.
2Cover and refrigerate for 4-24 hours.
Bake uncovered at 375 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cilantro.
