Ingredients

1 lb
bulk pork sausage
10 slice
bread
1 can(s)
4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c
shredded swiss cheese
6 large
eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c
whole milk
1 c
heavy cream
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
2Place bread cubes in a greased 9x 13-inch baking dish.
3Sprinkle with the sausage, mushrooms and cheeses.
4In a large bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients; pour over the cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
6Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean
7Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
