can mushrooms, drained

shredded, cheddar cheese
Brown the bacon, sausage, onions, mushrooms and peppers; drain.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream and salt and pepper, to taste.
In a greased 9x13 inch pan, spread the meat mixture. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
Top with cheddar cheese. Cover and chill overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
NOTE: If not chilled, bake only 40-45 minutes.
