Ingredients

12 oz
bacon
1 lb
pork sausage
1/2 c
diced, onions
1/2 c
diced, green peppers
12
eggs
1 c
heavy cream
1 - 4 oz
can mushrooms, drained
1 - 8 oz
shredded, cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Brown the bacon, sausage, onions, mushrooms and peppers; drain.

2In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream and salt and pepper, to taste.

3In a greased 9x13 inch pan, spread the meat mixture. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.

4Top with cheddar cheese. Cover and chill overnight.

5Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

NOTE: If not chilled, bake only 40-45 minutes.
