Swiss Banana Nut Bread

- large overripe bananas ( the darker the better )
- 1 c
- chopped nuts ( i prefer pecans or walnuts )
- 1 tsp
- baking soda
- 1/2 tsp
- 2 c
1Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs, once its creamy add the banana.
2Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda and mix well with the wet ingredients.
3Mix in the chopped nuts.
4Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
5While bread is warm baste 4 Tablespoon melted butter and then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
