1Mix yeast and sugar.
Heat milk to 120 degrees add to yeast and sugar.
let set for 10 minutes
2start melting butter.
add flour one cup at a time mixing as you go.
after 2 cups flour, add melted butter, mix
3add a 1/4 teaspoon salt to slow process.
finish adding flour, spread flour on kneading surface
and knead for 15 miutes.
Let rise for one hour.
4Knock down and make sweet rolls, parkerhouse rolls, bread by loaf or even a sweet treat of cinnamon rolls.
Once in pan let rise for one more hour.
