Ingredients

3 c
flour
1 3/4 c
sugar
1 1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1 can(s)
16 ounce can pumpkin
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
nutmeg
1 tsp
clove, ground
1 c
vegetable oil
4 large
eggs
2/3 c
chopped nuts
2/3 c
raisins, or dates or apricots or currents or craisins
3 Tbsp
light molasses

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pans with Pam. Set aside.

Whisk together dry ingredients. Add rest of ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are moistened and mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to cooling rack, cool completely.
