Good thing this makes two loafs because it didn't take long for one loaf to be gone.

Ingredients

3
ripe bananas peeled and mashed
2 c
sugar
2 c
pumpkin puree
2 large
eggs
2 c
self rising flour
1 tsp
each vanilla and cinnamon
1/2 tsp
salt

VANILLA BEAN GLAZE

1 c
powdered sugar
1 Tbsp
vanilla bean paste
2 Tbsp
heavy cream more or less to get desired consistency

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare two loaf pans with spray.

2Mix bananas and sugar with electric beaters until well blended. Add pumpkin and mix until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Pour into pans and bake approximately 45 minutes. Let cool top with glaze

4For the glaze add all ingredients together and mix to get a smooth creamy glaze that is a bit thin
