    vegetable oil
  • 1 1/3 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    shredded coconut
  • STREUSEL TOPPING
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut
  • 2 Tbsp
    pecans

How To Make pecan coconut banana bread

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, pecans and coconut.

    In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, egg, oil and bananas. Add to flour mixture and stir just until moistened. Do not overmix. Pour into prepared pan. Combine topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over batter.
