this is a different kind of pumpkin bread and its very good and the kids will love this one to.
I found this in one of my husbands cook-books..

Ingredients

3 c
sugar
1 can(s)
(15 oz.) pumpkin
4 large
eggs
1 c
vegetable oil
3/4 c
warm water
2/3 c
peanutbutter (creamy)
3 1/2 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking soda
1-1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
nutmeg

Step-By-Step

1In a large mixing bowl combine the sugar,pumpkin,eggs and oil and the water and peanut-butter;beat well.
2Combine the flour,cinnamon,nutmeg,baking soda.Gradually add to the pumpkin mixture ;mix well.
Pour into greased 9inx5 inch x3in pans or three medium loaf pans as I used.
3Bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean .
Cool for 10 minutes on a rack before removing from pan..
4Special note:::
You can also use 5 of the mini loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes for little gifts..
