May sound strange, but it is oh so good. Got this one from my grandmother, Margaret Whitehead. Gotta love 'em.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
all-purpose flour
1 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
peanut butter, crunchy
1
egg, beaten
1 c
oats
1 c
2 % milk

Directions Step-By-Step

1
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2
Add peanut butter and mix well.
3
Add eggs, oats, and milk. Mix until thoroughly moistened.
4
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
5
Cool for 10 minutes in pan, and then finish cooling on a wire rack.
