1For the toast: Arrange bread in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish and set aside.
2Beat remaining ingredients together; pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3The next morning, combine topping ingredients and spread over bread.
4Bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
