Orange Nut Bread

I love this recipe...The taste of oranges and walnuts are so good. This is great in the mornings served warm with a pat of butter and a cup of coffee..Hope you like this one.

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan. 9x5x3 inches. Beat baking mix, sugar, eggs, orange peel and orange juice in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly for one minute. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally for 3 minutes. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Spread with Orange Glaze.
2ORANGE GLAZE; Mix 1 cup of confectioner's sugar, 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, melted, 1 Tbs. each of grated orange peel and orange juice. Stir in additional orange juice if necessary. Pour over top of loaf.
