- 12 oz beer, any kind you like
- 1/2 c
1in a large bowel mix flour, sugar.
2pour in can of beer, mix until well blended the dough will pull away from sides of bowel
3put into bread pan
4melt cube of butter and pour over the top
5bake in 350 degree preheated oven for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean
6best served warm with butter, goes great with any dinner. it is quick and easy!
