- brown sugar, light
- 1/2 c
- butter, room temperature
- bananas, ripen (rotten, kids call them!)
- 2 c
- all purpose flour, sifted
- 1 tsp
- 1/4 c
- milk, sour (add 1 tsp cider vinegar)
1Pre-heat oven to 350, bake 1 hour.
2mix flour and soda, set aside.
3Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add bananas,one at a time and beat again.
4Mix milk and vinegar in glass measuring cup, add eggs and beat with fork. Add to bananas stir. Add flour mixture, stir.
5Grease and lightly flour large (5x9") Loaf pan. Pour batter in pan and bake.
