My son found this recipe for me. Very simple and so delicious.

Ingredients

2- - 8ozs. pkg
cream cheese
2 pkg
cresent rolls
3/4 c
sugar
1 tsp
almond extract
ICING:
1 c
powdered sugar
1/4 c
milk
1 tsp
almond flavoring
1/3 c
sliced almonds for topping

Directions Step-By-Step

unroll 1 pkg. of cresent rolls.Roll out in bottom of rectangular pan. Press seams together to form the pastry.

mix cream cheese,sugar and flavoring together.

Spread over the bottom pastry

Unroll second pkg. of cresent rolls. repeat pressing the seams together. Put the pastry over the cream cheese mixture.

Bake according to directions for the rolls.

Mix the icing of sugar, milk, and flavoring.

Drizzle the icing over baked danish. Sprinkle almonds on top. Enjoy.

If I understand right you do not cut untill after you bake is that right sounds wonderful want to make but want to be sure I do it right Thanks
