Ingredients

1 c
sugar
4 Tbsp
oil
1 c
milk
1
egg, beaten
1 tsp
vanilla
2 c
self-rising flour
1 Tbsp
grated orange rind
1 c
chopped cranberries
1/2 c
pecans, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugar, oil, milk, egg and vanilla together. Add flour and orange rind, blending well. Pour in cranberries and nuts. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Pour in batter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
