Ingredients

1 c sugar
1 stk butter, softened
2 lg eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c milk or cream
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c peanut butter chips

Anna's Notes:

If you love peanut butter and banana sandwiches, you'll love this bread. It goes great served with your favorite jelly. The ultimate PB&J.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Greas a 9" X 5" loaf pan; set aside.

Cream butter and sugar until smooth, beat in eggs and vanilla. Add mashed bananas, peanut butter and milk and mix well.

Add flour, baking soda and salt just until combined. Fold in the peanut butter chips.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick insterted in the center comes out clean. Tansfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Hi Anna,
Gosh, this sounds wonderful. Another one of "your" recipes that I have saved and will be trying.

I just doctored up my long time standby crumb coffee cake recipe that I've been making for years. I made it to take to work tomorrow. If it's good, I will post the recipe. If not, I'll post the recipe the way I've been making it before.

Maybe I'll make your Peanut Butter banana bread during the week as I have mashed bananas in the freezer that I can use and it's 3 bananas too.
