Bon Appetit Strawberry Bread

- 10 oz
- frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed/undrained
- 3/4 c
- 1 1/2 c
- all purpose flour
- 1 c
- 1 tsp
- 1/2 tsp
- baking soda
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2Puree strawberries in blender or processor.
3Combine eggs and oil in small bowl and wisk thoroughly.
4Sift remaining ingredients into large bowl.
5Make well in center and pour in eggs and puree and blend well using wooden spoon.
6Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
7Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean; about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
