Sandy's StoryMy mother was 98 years old when she passed away in April. This was one of her wonderful recipes. She was an outstanding cook and also baker. She taught me the love of both - and I treasure her recipes. This is one of them!

Yes - she was/is very special - and such a good person - which is rare these days unfortunately. Her birthday would have been the 13th of March - and it will be difficult - as my whole life she was there each birthday. I know she was 98 and lived a wonderful life - but it still is hard on those of us left behind. I sincerely hope that you enjoy her recipes. Thank you so very much for your response!
