apples, peeled and chopped
Combine flour, salt, cloves, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
Beat togther sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
Add flour mixture, raisins, nuts and apples. Stir to combine.
Grease bottom of two 9 x 5 loaf pans.
Bake @ 325 for one hour, or until removes from pan freely. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
