Ingredients

1 box. yellow cake mix
1/4 cup sour cream
1 small box banana cream pudding mix
1 small bag frozen fruit of choice, such as a mix of strawberries, peaches, and bananas
1 cup nuts of choice, optional

Directions Step-By-Step

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.

Mix cake mix as box instructs and then add remaining ingredients.

Pour into slow cooker, cover and cook on high for about 3 hours. Cake will be pulling away from edge and a toothpick will come out clean when inserted in center. Let cool for 20 to 30 minutes. You can slice and serve out of the slow cooker or invert cooker to remove the entire cake.
