Ingredients

2 stick
butter, room temperature
1/2 c
sugar
4 large
eggs
1 can(s)
cream corn
1/2 c
monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c
flour
1 c
yellow cornmeal
4 tsp
baking powder
1 can(s)
green chiles, chopped (optional)

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl cream together butter and sugar.

2Add eggs and cream corn and mix.

3Add salt, pepper and cheeses and mix.

4Add flour, cornmeal and baking powder and mix until thoroughly mix.

5Bake in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 then when you bake the cornbread turn the oven to 300 and bake for 1 hour.

6Serve hot.
