parsley, fresh and chopped
1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2Grease 2 quart casserole; sprinkle sesame seed evenly on bottom and side.
3Beat egg in large mixer bowl on low speed; beat in remaining ingredients on medium speed 30 seconds, then pour into casserole.
4Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
5Immediately invert and remove casserole.
