|3 c||bread flour|
|1 1/4 c||warm water|
|2 Tbsp||dry milk|
|2 1/4 tsp||yeast or one package of yeast|
|1 Tbsp||fresh rosemary cut up real fine|
|1 Tbsp||fresh thyme cut up real fine|
|2 clove||minced garlic|

I started making my own bread during the winter and my family loved it so much I bought a bread machine one day at a local thrift store. Now I make all of our bread even hamburger and hot dog buns. I decided to use some of my fresh herbs to enhance the taste and this is one of there favorite ones.
place all ingredients in the bread machine pan and put on the white bread cycle and start and wait till done. I dont like the shape of the bread so I use the dough cycle and bake in the oven at 375 degrees till golden brown.
When the bread is done I take and cover the bread loaf in press and seal while hot to make the bread mellow and soft instead of having a hard crust on it.
