No Knead Parmesan Bread

This is another recipe for the Nordic Ware Bundt Pan. I haven't tried this yet, but I intend to try it. I think it sounds good and pretty easy.

Ingredients

1/2 c
water
1/2 c
milk
2 pkg
active dry yeast
3 c
all purpose flour
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
salt
2/3 c
butter or margarine (softened)
1 c
grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1/4 c
barbeque sauce
2
eggs

Directions Step-By-Step

Grease 12 cup Bundt pan. In a small saucepan, heat water and milk until warm (105-115 F).

Add yeast; stir to dissolve. (Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.)

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and butter.

Mix at low speed until crumbly. By hand, stir in yeast mixture and remaining ingredients; blend well.

Spoon into prepared pan. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 40-60 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes until deep golden brown.

Remove immediately from pan. Brush with melted butter if desired.
