Easy Rosemary Beer Bread

Jennifer Oscapinski

I love to make quick breads and try adding different flavors to them to change it up a bit. I use different kinds of beer to alter the flavor. Try adding rosemary, garlic or dill, or even cheese. It always turns out great!

3 c
all purpose flour
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1/4 c
12 oz
beer, your choice
2 Tbsp
melted butter

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or butter a loaf pan and set aside.
2In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar and beer and mix well. Don't worry, it will be very sticky. This is also where you would add in any extra ingredients you want to try.
3Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes. During the last 3 minutes pull the bread out of the oven and pour/brush the melted butter over the top of the bread and return to the oven.
