super easy scones
so easy to do with the kids over the holidays
- 500 g
- self rising flour
- 300 ml
- 1 c
1Sift self raising flour into a bowl, make a well
2and pour in cream and lemonade.
3Mix with a flat-bladed knife until the mixture forms a soft dough.
4Turn out onto a floured surface and pat into a 2 cm thick round.
5Using a 5-cm round cutter, cut out 12 rounds.
6Arrange closely together on a paper lined baking tray and bake in a preheated 200C / 400C oven until golden brown (approx. 12 to 15 minutes).
