self rising flour
oatmeal, uncooked (old fashion)

topping for muffins
1Mix all dry ingredients together,flour,oats and 1/2 cup or sugar.
2Mix together egg,butter,vanilla and milk
3add wet mixture to dry mixture,mix until everything is mixed well.
4line cupcake pan with liners or spray with Pam. Fill each cup with 2/3 the way full with batter. Bake at 400 degress for 12-14 minutes.
5While baking mix the topping and once muffins are out of oven brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon topping.

These are no good. The texture is off--way too dense for a muffin. Sorry, but rejected by my whole family. Not a winner in this household

Wow!! These are sooo good!! I bought a bag of self-rising flour just to make these and I am so glad I did. I will make them over and over, again!!
